Most of the problems occur because you haven't fully unzipped the zipped files.

You need to make sure you fully unzip the files with a utility such as winzip....

Or you can go to winzip.com and download the latest version - hit the try now button - YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY FOR WINZIP TO USE IT TO UNZIP OUR TUTORIALS.

Install winzip then unzip the zip files by double clicking the zip file.

Once unzipped you should get a folder structure as shown below..

Simply click the file click-me-to-start.html

and you should get the following...

To view the videos click the link to chapter 11 and chose which video you want.

OR / And read through the sit-n-go hands and click on the videos as you get to them..

when you click a video link it should open up a new window..turn up your speakers to hear the narration...
