Product Delivery

After you have ordered successfully you will be taken to the download page where you can download the tutorial immediately.

As our tutorials are extensive - downloads can be quite large - up to 800 Mb. Over a cable connection this should take about 1 hour. We don't recommend ordering our tutorial unless you have at least a cable connection - or the patience of a saint!

If you have a dial up connection - we recommend to order our tutorials on disc.

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund of your money if you you feel the tutorial isn't up to scratch!

All we ask is you to fill in a simple refund form giving us the reason you want a refund - this is merely so we can improve our product for future customers. It also contains the details of your order so we refund the correct order. You'll notice that we are probably one of the only sites on the internet that inform you how you can actually get a refund - we don't just offer - we show you how - WE AIM TO PLEASE!

Typographical Errors and Omissions

The information provided on this website has been checked for accuracy; however, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing. We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed with the incorrect information. We will re-imburse you with a full refund if we have mis-led you.

Pricing

All prices listed on our websites site are in US dollars. Please note VAT has to be paid on orders from europe. If you want to avoid VAT payments please visit our UK site.
